The seat of the power station gate valve are all made of stellite hard alloy surfacing with different hardness. The seating faces are reasonably matched with the following advantages : high temperature resistance, high hardness, scratch resistance, erosion resistance, and long service life.
The backseat surface is made of austenitic stainless steel or Stellite cemented carbide, which is reliable and corrosion-resistant. The replacement of packing can be carried out without shutdown.
