
The shell test pressure of the electric gate valve should be 1.5 times the maximum allowable working pressure of the valve at 20℃, the sealing test pressure should be 1.1 times the maximum allowable working pressure of the valve at 20℃, and the upper sealing test pressure of the valve should be the valve at 20℃. 1.1 times the maximum allowable working pressure at 20°C.
When the valve nameplate indicates that the maximum working pressure difference is not suitable for the high pressure sealing test or the electric actuator equipped with the valve is not suitable for high pressure sealing test, the test pressure should be 1.1 times the maximum working pressure difference indicated on the valve nameplate.
