Introduction
Pneumatic actuated trunnion mounted ball valves have fixed structure of ball and seat rings, which are two-piece and three-piece bonnet bolted. Pneumatic actuated ball valves are typically used for ON/OFF or modulating control of water, air, oil and other compatible media, to give users remote and automatic control and eliminate the need for workers to interact directly with the valves.

1.Labor-saving operation as the ball is supported by dual bearings to reduce friction;
2.PTFE unisexual material sealing ring is embedded in the stainless steel valve seat, and the end of the metal valve seat is equipped with a spring to ensure sufficient pre-tightening force of the sealing ring;
3.Fireproof sealing ring is set between the ball and the valve seat to form a metal-to-metal seal in case of fire according to AP16FA and API607 standards;
4.Drain holes are set up and down the valve body to check whether the valve seat is leaking;
5.Scotch yoke pneumatic actuators are engineered for reliable on/off, direct acting, and spring return valve control
